📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional customer service.
• Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
• Operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately.
• Promoting products and special offers to customers.
• Working with our team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Assisting with store setup and maintenance tasks.
• Providing feedback to the team on customer interactions and store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with basic retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
