📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our fitness programs and memberships.
• Use Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales, and analyze performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials using Mailchimp.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fitness sales and marketing.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and fitness events.
• Contribute to the overall success of the TKG Lifestyle brand in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role in the fitness or wellness industry, preferably with 2-4 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Certification in fitness sales or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
