📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems throughout the hospital, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical equipment to identify and address any potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems that may arise, working closely with other technical staff to minimize downtime and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to plan and coordinate electrical maintenance and upgrade projects.
• Keep detailed records of all electrical work performed, including maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and repair logs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and new hires, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Master Electrician, preferably from a recognized institution such as the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) or the National Council for the Certification of Engineering Technologies (NCCER).
• Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Familiarity with hospital-grade electrical equipment and systems, including emergency generators, medical lighting, and patient monitoring equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and measurement tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and clamp meters.
• Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and guidelines, including OSHA and NFPA standards.
