As an HSE Staff at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with these policies. Your daily tasks will include conducting safety inspections, training employees on safety protocols, and managing incident reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Manage incident reports and investigate accidents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety and environmental improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all health, safety, and environmental activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other international standards is a plus.
