📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve food and beverages with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Promote the restaurant's products and services to guests
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and service standards is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
