📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging extracurricular activities and workshops for students, focusing on creativity, teamwork, and personal development.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the club's educational goals and standards.
• Facilitate group activities and projects that encourage collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Collaborate with the AME team to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience for all participants.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and individuality.
• Maintain accurate records of student participation and progress.
• Attend team meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices in education and extracurricular activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or instructing, preferably in an extracurricular or after-school setting.
• Certification in teaching or a relevant educational program is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and best practices in teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
