As an E-Commerce Warehouse Packer, you'll be working closely with our sales and fulfillment teams to ensure that every order is processed and shipped on time. You'll use our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory and packing tasks, and our Order Management System (OMS) to track and update order statuses. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Packing and preparing orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Using WMS and OMS to manage inventory, track orders, and update order statuses.
• Ensuring that all orders are packed accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
• Collaborating with the sales and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and shipping.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as counting and replenishing stock.
• Providing excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
• Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or packing role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in using WMS and OMS, or willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you may need to travel between warehouse locations.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
