📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate between departments to maintain operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and train operational staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
