In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6 to create and manage project schedules. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects using industry-standard software like Primavera P6.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and financial reports for project stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying areas where costs can be reduced without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that project plans are feasible and cost-effective.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure that costs are being managed effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction cost management.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations and solutions to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of local market conditions in Sulawesi Utara.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
• Certification in Construction Estimating (e.g., CCE, RIC) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
