📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the construction activities on-site, ensuring timely completion of the project.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Preparing and reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Managing and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
