📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
