📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and hospitals.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the medical supplies industry.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical supplies or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
