📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase customer engagement.,Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including social media, digital, and traditional marketing.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.,Create and manage marketing content, including advertising, promotional materials, and digital content.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with stakeholders.,Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
