📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
  • Preparing and maintaining laboratory records and reports.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of food safety and quality assurance programs.
  • Participating in training and development programs for junior staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of food safety and quality measures.
  • Providing technical advice and support to the production team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
