📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs aligned with company objectives and industry standards.,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure they meet the required standards and skills.,Evaluate and assess the performance of junior instructors to provide constructive feedback.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to enhance training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met and training programs are effective.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their professional goals.,Conduct regular training evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or similar role.,Strong knowledge of the subject matter and ability to teach effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of successful training programs and learner development.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Certifications or additional qualifications in the relevant field are a plus.
