IBM is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences for IBM employees.,Create and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support IBM's business objectives.,Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that learning content is accurate and relevant.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and use data to make improvements.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design.,Mentor and coach junior instructional designers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Work with the learning and development team to ensure that training programs are aligned with IBM's overall learning strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on e-learning and blended learning.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.,Proficiency in instructional design tools and authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.,Experience with learning management systems, such as IBM Learning Academy or other LMS platforms.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
