📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events from start to finish,Manage a team of banquet staff to ensure timely and efficient service,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities,Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Prepare and present banquet reports and recommendations,Develop and implement strategies to improve banquet operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations,Proven track record of managing banquet events successfully,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Familiarity with event planning software and tools
