📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales transactions and provide excellent customer service to shoppers.,Stock merchandise and maintain a well-organized and attractive store display.,Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Promote products and special offers to increase sales.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in retail sales preferred.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
