Fast Home Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow both personally and professionally. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are successful in their roles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
