Smart Bay Pratama is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, learning technologies, and employee development strategies. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a leading company in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning and development programs.,Design and implement training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and develop customized programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Evaluate and select appropriate learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
