Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.,Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles within the company.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, employers, and industry contacts.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
