📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.,Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to attract and retain our audience.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create cohesive social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.,Manage and mentor junior social media specialists, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.,Proficient in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, is a plus.
