📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and professional welcome.,Manage and coordinate the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Assist with housekeeping and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Lead and train junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
