📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Monitor and record production data to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery and tools.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Assist in the training of new employees.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the stainless steel industry.
  • Basic knowledge of stainless steel production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Familiarity with basic safety procedures and equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
