📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met and maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
