📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure smooth HR operations and support business goals.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is a must.
