📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Organize and manage employee training and development programs.,Conduct regular HR audits and implement improvements as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
