📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company and its services.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and visits.,Handle and process mail, packages, and other deliveries.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is a must.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
