Engineering Manager, Accounting Products

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing a team of engineers responsible for the development and maintenance of our Accounting Products.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product roadmaps.
• Ensuring that our engineering processes and practices are aligned with industry best practices and Stripe's engineering culture.
• Mentoring and developing engineers to help them grow and succeed in their careers.
• Driving innovation and improving the quality, scalability, and performance of our products.
• Participating in on-call rotations to ensure that our products are highly available and reliable.
• Representing the engineering team in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Ensuring that our team is aligned with Stripe's mission and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems and APIs.
• Experience with financial services, accounting, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong technical leadership skills and experience managing a team of engineers.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
