📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the automotive industry or retail sector.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processes is a plus.
