📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve cash flow.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable efficiency and reduce outstanding balances.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure timely resolution of any payment-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest financial trends and best practices to continuously improve financial operations.
• Participate in project finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably in a project finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in CPA (Preferred) or relevant financial certifications.
