📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high productivity.,Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in the agricultural or food industry is a plus.
