Permata Offset Prima is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our printing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the printing and packaging industry, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring high-quality production. This role is based in Curug Bitung, Banten, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Manage and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.,Conduct quality checks and address any production issues promptly.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.,Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and deadlines.,Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor production costs and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the printing and packaging industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
