📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback to the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
