📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading and managing a team of engineers responsible for the development and maintenance of our Accounting Products.
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product roadmaps.
Ensuring that our engineering processes and practices are aligned with industry best practices and Stripe's engineering culture.
Mentoring and developing engineers to help them grow and succeed in their careers.
Driving innovation and improving the quality, scalability, and performance of our products.
Participating in on-call rotations to ensure that our products are highly available and reliable.
Representing the engineering team in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Ensuring that our team is aligned with Stripe's mission and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems and APIs.
Experience with financial services, accounting, or related industries is a plus.
Strong technical leadership skills and experience managing a team of engineers.
Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
Experience with databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
